Welcome, SAXified People!
Humour Brings a lightness of spirit in the midst of severe embarrassment. Recently, a friend of mine shared a joke that he had heard; a guy went shopping with his grandmother to buy a hat. With her new hat on the head, the guy and his grandmother/(or the two) walked out of the shop and it started raining. To his surprise, she pulled her dress over her head! Upset he shouted, "Grandma, no, your entire back is sticking out." Her response? "My child, relax, my buttocks are old my hat is New!"
The 2012 edition of SAX Appeal Magazine will rewrite the records of history; for the first time in 79 years the magazine will be made available nationally! SAX Appeal Magazine 2012 is fresh, vibrant and has remained true to the SAX ideology: DARE to push boundaries.
The 9th of February 2012 marks the day that over 45 000 copies, filled with wit and satire disseminate across the country. A new year is about resolutions and change. Life is simply too short to be stuck in a rut and trapped in pessimism. The medication is so easy and so available. Let us turn more and more towards humour so as to live a longer and healthier life. This treatment is also very affordable, in fact it is completely free! Why refrain from the overwhelming sense of humour and healing by holding on to the dark, morbid side of life? It's not a magical concoction, it consists of an act, or a sound, a few words to lighten the day or of laughter until your stomach hurts.
As you slowly page through a printed copy of SAX we hope that the content of our magazine allows you to see things differently in society, and provides you with a renewed perspective of the world. Our theme for the 2012 edition of SAX Appeal Magazine is SAX DRIVE. With the theme in mind, we encourage you to continue to dream, to be bold and to remain driven in all your endeavours. Here’s wishing you great success, joy and laughter.
Finally...
Before you decide to rant to us about how unhappy you are, remember: HUMOUR BRINGS HEALING AND HOPE- Chief Editor.
